Your people can begin to recognise their own self limiting beliefs and learn to overcome them allowing them to connect to the core values of the business and ethos of what can be achieved. I help my clients to reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments, I provide safety, clarity, confidence and self compassion. With 12 years experience in coaching and development in both personal and corporate environments, I have been a leader in a business, managed my own teams and worked in HR. I bring with me a solid foundation of experience, professionalism and understanding. I will meet with you before your workshop is due to run to understand your business ethos and strategic plans, from here I can create bespoke offerings for different areas in your businessIn Schools workshops start at hourly sessions, where a block would be recommended to establish relationships and dynamics within the group, this is a option for businesses however larger workshops are often preferred with the option to book half day and full day events.
