Rob is passionate about helping both individuals and businesses to grow using his ‘people approach' to business. Formal qualifications in management & coaching, paired with leadership & management experience in a number of sectors has given Rob the platform to do what he enjoys most, which is to help others to grow and achieve greater things. What makes us unique?We have access to a number of tools and a vast array of coaching methodologies, including NLP, which can be applied to any of our services. Being a small company doesn't restrict our service, it actually enhances it as we are able to operate with relatively low costs, whilst having the ability to call upon our Associate Consultants for larger scale projects.
