Clopton Courtyard Cambridge Description
Brand new barn accommodation available for short term lets (1-2 months) from 31st October 2015 (including all bills). Also available for group bookings of between 2-20 people for holidays (inc. Christmas and New Year) - we are very flexible so please get in touch with requests.
Clopton Courtyard is set in the midst of the beautiful Cambridgeshire Countryside. The five barns have been built with an eco conscience, with timber frame structures and recycled building materials. They are also fuelled by a biomass boiler using renewable energy (which keeps the underfloor heating toasty warm).
Each barn has its own unique name, character and style, with 2 bedooms, 1 bathroom and an open plan living area and kitchen. Everything is completely brand new! There is also plenty of outdoor space to venture and relax, with lovely undisturbed views of the open countryside. You can relax and watch the horses in the livery next door or sit and read in the sun trap courtyard.
With Cambridge only 12 miles away (20 minute drive), it is easy access into the centre by car for those people working in the city or wanting to visit Cambridge, but looking for a little peace and tranquility too. There is also plenty to do locally, with Burwash Manor and Wimpole Hall less than 5 miles away.
Clopton Courtyard is fully equipped for those looking for self catering accommodation but who want a little bit of extra luxury. What makes this place special is the unique nature of the interiors, which have been designed to provide premium accommodation in a rural setting. Whether a bath in the bedroom, beautiful sliding barn doors, or a wet room, there is something to suit everyones' tastes and requirements.

Our first barn launches
We've just come home from staying two nights at Clopton courtyard barns, as we were attending a wedding in the area. I can say nothing but good things about the two barns we hired. Spacious, modern, and clean with lovely decor that had clearly been thought about. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We would love to stay again if we are ever in the area in the future.

We really enjoyed our weekend away, we stayed in the Lily Barn and Matilda Studio. It comes equipped with everything that you need! The kitchen is so spacious, the shower is amazing and is close to amenities in the area. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a family break away in Cambridgeshire.
Such beautiful setting and the decor and feel of the unit we stayed in was glorious. Came away feeling rested, lovely and joyful. Cambridge not far away too so followed it up with a spot of punting. Perfect x
