Customer notice. Please be advised: As the Leisure club is now closed, all payments by direct debit have been frozen until further notice. Any member who pays an annual fee will have the duration of the closure added to the current end date. Any day passes will be honoured and appropriately extended. CUSTOMER NOTICE
After a meeting and consultation today, it was agreed that we will remain open for business as normal. This will be monitored on a daily basis and updates will follow. We realise this is worrying times for all, however, we would like to reassure all members and customers that we are doing all we can to ensure all facilities are clean and sanitised. Again, we would ask for your co-operation by following the guidelines in terms of hygiene, along with using the sanitising wipes provided to clean down the gym equipment after use. Customer notice. With regards to the current climate surrounding Coronavirus, we wanted to reassure all our members and guests that we are open for business as normal. As with all organisations, we are taking daily advice from the government health officials, implementing and updating our policies in line with this. We encourage you to continue using and enjoying our facilities, safe in the knowledge we are taking extra steps to ensure a hygienic safe environment for every...one. In return, we ask for your co-operation. Please be vigilant with handwashing, particularly before and after using the gym equipment, in addition to using the sanitising wipes provided. Please shower prior to using the swimming pool, along with in between using the Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi. If we all follow simple steps and apply common sense, there should be no disruption to our services. Thank you for your continued support and co-operation.

All members and customers. Due to the nature of the work carried out today, it will not be possible to open the pool this evening. The pool area will therefore reopen tomorrow morning at 6:45am. We would like to thank you all for your understanding to allow the work today. Regards

All members & customers please note; To allow for an urgent repair to the glass window above the jacuzzi, the pool hall will be closed tomorrow 2nd October. This is for a scaffold to be built in the area to access the high level. Whilst we realise the inconvenience it will cause, it is a matter of safety to our members and guests, therefore we appreciate your understanding in this matter. The gym and changing rooms will still be open for use. An update will follow regarding re-opening, though we anticipate Thursday 3rd October will be normal operation.
