I have important info coming soon and clips of OUR BRAND NEW CLASSES that will Be RESUMING Mid Feb (as I am on holiday straight after the New Year) Classes will resume but with a little difference similar but different. We all know we need to shake things up a little don’t we😏

Empowering woman’s dance fitness class a 30min cardio workout, easy paced (or hard at it) YOU CHOOSE!!! This class is for ALL levels of fitness, age 13+ (must be accompanied by a respectable adult 😉) Feel goddess GOOD, shake the blues away, mix up the sweat, let the music and ENERGY take you away, lights will be OUT so we can really move our bodies. Watch your confidence and your inner GLOW shine through as you move your body in ways you couldn’t imagine that will make you feel a way you have never felt before!!
After your 30min cardio it’ll be time to TONE and when I mean tone I mean SQUAT!!!! And work that pelvic floor ladies, time to find your inner Zassy Zen!! So bring a MAT. Your squat sister over here’s been squatting her booty all Xmas and cannnot wait to share her booty shakes, body popping, sassy squats WITH YOU LOT!!!

Thank you all for the kind get well wishes while I was in hospital (3long weeks - Has made me miss my clubbers and my classes so so much 😢 but this little Clubber has been advised to REST) Thank you all for your understanding, your love, your energy, txts and lovely cards ❤️ I am currently unable to take any classes at the moment but will be back to ...normal business after the New Year 🙌🏽

Sending this heart to all my clubbers, old or new, first time clubbers, regular clubberz , or clubbers who haven’t been in a while or to the clubbers who no longer club but still keep in touch.
Please know my door is always open to every one of you, to chat, to laugh, to cry. I might seem busy all the time but I will make time for you.
At the weekend I found out one of our Clubber ladies was tragically killed. I’ve not been able to get my head around it as most of you know ...I lost my second mother, my Gran this year and it broke me for a little while, I had never felt sadness quite like it. Grief if a funny emotion isn’t it .....
We never truly know or understand what another human is going trough, but please don’t think your being a burden to anyone - specially me. Sometimes talking lifts a load, or even a simple chat to remind you that life actually isn’t all that bad after all, sometimes being reminded that in life we always have a choice - we have a choice to stay or to leave this earth, we have a choice to be happy or to be sad, we have the choice to change for better or for worse. We have a choice to talk to each other, to make time for one another no matter how big or how small because that little bit of effort, small talk or that little chat can and will make a difference.
Speak out - feeling like shit - say it. Had the worst day say it. Don’t sugar coat it. Let’s stand strong, be open and honest with one another come on you have a gang of neon warriors (CLUBBERS 😜) behind you and by your side - ALWAYS. We are here for each other!

I have had so many messages, comments telling me how much one class just isnt enough and i hear ye....
I am forgetting routines because I am now only doing one class a week BUT thats all changing as a week on THURSDAY we will have our Thursday clubbing night BACK and up and running!!!! The booking system will be LIVE by the end of the week and as all classes it will be first come first serve!!!!

Lost count of the number of woman who tell me how much their clubbercise workout has boosted their confidence, day to day or on nights out - when the clubber tunes come on at a night out or a party you lot are first up on the dance floor 💁🏼‍♀️😁 LOVE IT!!!
