Get fit and have fun! A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the nineties to now.
What happens in a Clubbercise class?
After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options.
What should I wear /bring?
No heels! Just trainers and sportswear /streetwear /fitness clothing… something you can dance /rave in… and make sure you bring some water.
Do I need to be an experienced dancer?
Having rhythm helps but we deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so anyone can have a go.
Do I need to be fit?
A reasonable level of fitness would help but we do teach high and low impact options so our classes are fine if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

Well what can I say ladies Thank you all so much for attending my last class I was so emotional but as always tried to hide it I think I done rather well haha. What a way to finish up the class was banging tonight well done to each and everyone of you your efforts have shown me just how much you loved the classes just as much as I have teaching them. I wish you all luck in your new fitness regime you never know you might see me attending them with you Thank you so much agai...n it really has meant the world to me And on that note I will leave you with some pics

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
For those of you who were at class on Wednesday will know this but those of you who could not make it As from the 15 th November there will no longer be clubbercise classes by myself I am extremely sorry about this but having looked at it over last 6 months it just is not visible for me to carry on with classes. I have had thee most amazing 2 years teaching clubbercise every week and watching and supporting you on all your weight loss and getting fit ...having fun goals you set for yourself but now is the time to hang up my glowsticks ladies Please do not let this throw you off your fitness regime keep going and don’t give up I have met some truly inspirational ladies along the way and also some really good friends who certainly won’t get rid of me that easily I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for continuing to support me week after week at classes whether being attending helping set up or just for a giggle before class and also just having a laugh at my expense when I have a memory blank lol it really has been the best 2 years and have loved every minute of it thank you And finally I could not have done this without the support of my mum, sister and best friend sorry it won’t let me tag you mags, Alana, linsay and Rachel you know I couldn’t have done this without your help every week So all that’s left to say it please please please come and join us for my last ever class inc any previous ladies who havnt been able to attend recently next Wednesday evening 15 th lets go out with a bang
