Desperate and incompetent estate agent.
I contacted them about a house they were advertising and arranged a viewing to go and see it. To cut a long story short, my appointment was not booked and it was only discovered when I phoned to re-confirm the appointment on the day AND to chase up the home report which was requested but never received.

It then took another 3 calls and 4 emails from me chasing them, to finally get the information I asked for. A simple task could not be completed.

The worst part is, not only was I told "how popular this property is" on EACH and EVERY communication I had with them... the lady who re-arranged my appointment was blatantly rhyming off FULL names of all the other people who were booked in to view the house that evening in a sort of "thinking out loud" kind of way in a pathetic attempt to let me know that there were alot interest and alot of other viewings. This to me is a complete breach of customer's data protection and did not sit well with me. I wonder if my name and viewing time was given to any other customers in the same manner??

The viewing itself was also a complete shambles. Despite the fact that the agent was friendly enough, the agency staggered all of the viewings - again, obviously in an attempt to show that there was alot of interest in the house however, it just caused it to be completely awkward for everyone involved. There were about 10 people in one house all at the same time, bumping into each other in the passing and 1 agent trying to divide his time between everyone. Overall, it was a complete disaster.

For this reasons mentioned above, we have decided NOT to proceed with putting in an offer on this house as I just cant face dealing with this agent.

I would not recommend using this agent to buy or sell a property.

Horrible branch. I was booked for a viewing at 18:30 and waited an hour for nobody to arrive. Contacted the office the next day and they advised me that it was an error as the viewing wasn't booked in the diary. I was then told that I would be given "priority" when it comes to viewing. I was then booked a few days later for another property viewing at 18:00. I received another call at 10:30 on the day of the viewing stating that the property is no longer available after me and my partner taking time off work to attend. Horrible service and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for property.

Brilliant team, very commercial and efficient. Their market knowledge and quality of marketing materials sold my flat very quickly. Would highly recommend them.
