We tried Purple Bricks thinking (and being assured) that it would sell quickly, but in the 8 months or so that it was on the market, only had 4 viewers. Julie Martin from Clyde Properties came along and injected all her energy and expertise into getting the interest going, and a few weeks later, together with the enthusiastic input from her great team, the house has been sold to a lovely young family, which is what the house needs. Have bought and sold a few houses over the years and I have never been treated so badly when trying to purchase a property. Unanswered phone calls and emails. Offers we put in on properties were given no feedback and we were made to feel like our offers (substantially above asking price) were not good enough. Comments were always made to this nature.

Instead of house buying being an enjoyable experience, the manager at Clyde made it horrific and made me physically ill with stress.

It seems they are not much better to clients. selling properties after speaking to some vendors.

Hopefully online estate agencies will give these rude people a run for their money. Sold our property through House Simple and it was stress free!
