Clyde Property

Clyde were prompt to meet us. They were open to a commission arrangement which incentivised speed and seeking a good price. They produced good photos, video and descriptive text for the property. This marketing together with mailing their existing list of interested people produced a fair number of viewings. An acceptable verbal offer was secured within a week of going public, just two and a half weeks from our initial call to them. Staff were professional and helpful and kept us constantly updated on developments. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Having dealt with Clyde for a few years now my opinion is they may not be win any prizes for sociability to the point of being very abrupt however a good service is provided to landlords . Currently i have 3 fully managed properties with them and will continue to add more as &when current privately managed tenants depart

Not cheap but cheerful

Sold our flat in Shawlands recently through Clyde property and they were great from start to finish. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and they were very quick and efficient at getting everything organised for us. The photos and brochure they made were excellent quality and I'm sure all that contributed to all our viewings and the fantastic price we got for our flat.

Crooks and liars. Do not use this company if you value your money and time.

From the instant that Clyde came to appraise my flat to it's eventual sale I can't fault their service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and they really knew their stuff. They went out their way to help and offer advice, making a potentially very stressful time that bit easier.
