Wonderful location, amazing facilities and excellent care. We will always worry when we have to leave our beautiful cats, but Clyde Valley Cat Hotel ensured that our minds were at ease at all times, from our initial enquiry - when we were invited to look around before confirming our booking, to check-in - where we were given time to settle them in and importantly throughout their stay - during which we received wonderful pictures of our playful pets.
We returned to healthy, happy and relaxed cats and will not hesitate to use Clyde Valley Cat Hotel in the future. Would recommend to any cat owners. Exceptional.
Cats were so well looked after, felt so reassured leaving them here. Led by a very professional and friendly team. Cats were very relaxed when we picked them up and smelt lovely due to a recent shampoo and grooming. Beyond my expectations. Would book far in advance to ensure my cats got in here again, worth every penny.
Tracey and Gary took very good care of my cat when I went on holiday recently. Beautiful location, very warm and clean. They both took the time to get to know DeeDee and Tracey sent updates every couple of days. I have already recommended to family and friends and DeeDee will be going visiting Tracey and Gary again.
Complete luxury for your little furry friend! I was nervous leaving Oscar in a cattery for the first time and after much research Clyde Valley Cat Hotel is like no other. Oscar was returned very relaxed and groomed. I don't think he wanted to leave is the only downside haha! I will use the hotel again when I go on my next holiday. Tracey and Gary are both lovely, friendly people which make you at ease that he's in good hands and looked after :-)
