Started slimming world in August and Laura and her Saturday girls have been so supportive of my journey ! 3 and a half stone down and still a way to go but my attitude has changed already. Wish I had joined years ago! The online group is great for tips and everyone shares recipes and their own journeys xx

Love my 8 am Saturday class so much I travel to Clydebank and there is a local class at same time

If you want to lose weight this is the class to go to. I had tried other classes with no success, joined Laura's class and lost 3 stone, 18 months later I am still at target. Great support and motivation everyone from Laura to social committee and members are very friendly and supportive

I may be bias...but I think this is the best Slimming World class about. The folk are lovely, supportive and best of all we have a laugh. I have been a target member since February after losing 3st 7lbs but still go to class every week x

I love the Thursday 7.30 class- I've tried other ways to lose weight but SW has been amazing it's a way of life now and I couldn't be happier! The support you get from class is 1st class - I'm loving food now and making good choices! Thanks Laura and all my new SW friends xx
