Co-Op Food - Edinburgh - Dalry Road

My daughter received terrible service when she attempted to ask Roan, store manager at Co-op on Lothian Road, for help finding a product, she was ignored and I sent in a complaint. It was later revealed that Roan, a store manager with this company was too busy playing Pokemon on his phone to pay attention to customers.

Roan now posts five star reviews of other Co-op stores in Edinburgh. Despite complaining about the five star reviews he leaves as a conflict of interest Co-op do nothing. While they allow their own staff members and managers to manipulate their ratings I cannot recommend any Co-op store, especially after the appalling service my daughter received

Local convenience, great value food and ethical trading are what the Co-op Food is all about. this one is in Dalry Road.

Good shop. Way better choice than a Sainsburys or tesco convenience store.
