& Coaching was founded by Christopher Elwes, Jacky Sherman, Roger Thomas and Ian McCalla who joined forces after meeting whilst training to be coaches.

The four founders have had very successful careers in completely different businesses and they recognised that, by combining their experience with their new-found coaching skills, they would be able to develop a unique offering that would provide valuable measurable help to MDs and CEOs of operations of all shapes and sizes.
