Scotland has the biggest fishing ports in the UK and its waters produce the highest quality fish and shellfish in the world. Away from the coast Scotland's remote and tranquil glens are the habitat for the finest non-farmed wild venison.

Coast & Glen's priority is fresh quality produce and this is achieved by sourcing from our own boat and farm. We also deal direct with individual Scottish fishing boats and estates.
