Planning Consent for new dwelling on 'gap-site' takes as its starting point the scale, orientation and rhythm of the neighbouring properties. The design seeks to blend the form & proportion of the traditional stone constructed villas with a more contemporary period of today.new house

The first of 5 new houses designed by Coast2Coast Architects as part of group along the Beach Road in Findhorn. Plot 5 External Envelope was constructed by Darroch & Allan (Joiners & Builders) Ltd with the Interior Fit-out & Finishing undertaken by Excel Scotland Ltd. All work was undertaken to a very high standard and we look forward to the opportunity to work with both Main Contractors on future projects in the area.

Its great to see the garden establishing at Monessie, Findhorn. The current dry spell is not adversely affecting the robust selection of new planting.

Great to be working with an inspired housing developer. Excited to see the images coming together for our new project at Brodie in Moray for 7 dwellings by the Swedish House Supplier - Trivselhus. Looking forward to seeing what the local market response will be to these state of the art, low energy Smart Home dwellings. Factory-made in Sweden and erected by Local Contractor / Trades.

Internal refurbishment work by A W Laing and team is nearing completion at Wyvis Lodge, Nairn.

Just walking by Granny's Cottage at 64 Findhorn this evening. The garden is blooming and the new extensions look like they have always been there. Always good to see another invisible new project in the Conservation Village.
