Coastal Kippford Description
Coastal Kippford is the new face of Kippford Holiday Park and Kipp Forest Lodges. It is one of the most beautiful holiday parks in Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland.
It is located by the lovely seaside village of Kippford on the Solway Firth, often referred to as Scotland’s Riviera Coast.
Open all year, Coastal Kippford allows you to get away whenever you want.
It is the perfect holiday location for those looking for a place of pure tranquillity who wish to avoid noisier resort locations, yet offers a wealth of activities on your doorstep to keep the whole family entertained.
We have lodges and caravans for sale and rent as well as touring and camping pitches.

We love this place lots to do lovely walks just everything is just perfect
This park is just fab if you like the outdoors. So many walks in the area. The vans and the lodges are all immaculate and well appointed and set among the most beautiful scenery.
Shouldn't really comment on this as it's a place that needs to be kept secret! A gem of a 'get-away-from-it-all' location. Beautiful place xxx
Our first trip with our touring caravan....was slightly nervous but the site is stunning and staff so helpful. 2 great parks on site and only a short walk to village. Already planning our next visit!
My fourth time returning to Kippford holiday park, probably one of the best holiday sites in the country (If not the best!). Fantastic site situated on the side of a hill, well landscaped with great views over the forests and hills. The welcome pack provided includes some really useful leaflets with local attractions and places to visit and being within walking distance of both Kippford and Rockcliffe means there is plenty to do even if you want to stay local on an evening. Tea and milk is provided when you first enter the caravan, a much needed welcoming for when you have travelled a long way to get there (4 hours for me). Overall, perfect holiday, will be returning again next year no doubt!
Lovely place to relax, no hustle and bustle, this is our fourth time, some lovely walks, and most important two pubs the Anchor and the Mariner, both with excellent food and drink, we will be back again next year!
Kippford is the most wonderful and relaxing place to be. The people are just so friendly too...we love it here
Kippford is a small village on the sea side, but is nothing like a typical seaside resort. I used to go there for my holiday when I was a youngster. I am now 70 and visited again on my way home this may. Yes it's changed but it is still a lovely place .
If you are in Dumfriesshire you must visit this lovely village.
Just back home now from our 16th visit. A lovely peaceful place to relax on your holiday. Would recomend this place to anyone, which I have. Hope to be back again next year, if not sooner.
It's just an amazing place to visit and stay! From seashell beach walks to red kite watching one of my favourite pubs down in the village
It is a beautiful coastal village. There are coastal walks to do. Can walk in the woods and when the tide is out, you can walk over to the little island
I'm lucky enough to visit Kippford as parents live there. But i am never tired of the views, the atmosphere, the peace and the absolute beauty of this little place. One of the lovliest places in the world.
Had a walk on a nice day. The beach is full of shells. I have never seen this before. Gr
Great stay once again, enjoyed the beach walks, mountain biking and the chance to relax in great surroundings!
Fantastic site been a couple of times kippford is a little bit of heaven on earth. A great base for exploring the area. Can't wait to return
Came for a weeks stay with my little family over the Easter period to visit some friends (already caravan owners on the park). We were worried the kids would be bored (aged 9,7 and 4) but I needn't have been concerned. Had such a lovely time. Back to nature, playing outdoors, enjoyed the rain, mud and the parks, and we managed to keep tablets and TV to a minimum. It was an 8 hour car journey for us but we will definitely be back!
Booked coastal kippford as a surprise for the better half so glad I did could not fault it from the minute we arrived till the minute we left and we will be going back as much as we can big big thank u to coastal kippford
