If you've had to cut a baby's nails, you know how intimidating and difficult it can be! Here is a little video showing our top tips....
1. Don't ever rip or pick a baby's nails, they can (and do!) get ingrown toenails 2. Get nail nippers, not the enclosed clippers. This makes it much easier to see the nail inbetween as you cut 3. Wait for that 45 second window in a day where your baby is calm ;) ... (If you try and restrain a baby the first nail cut - you run the risk of them forever being phobic of you touching their feet/hands) 4. DON'T do it AFTER a bath, their nails are very fine, a bath will soften them further and make it difficult to distinguish between cutting nail and cutting skin :/ 5. If all else fails - just file the nails gently every few days and reintroduce nail cutting in a few weeks
