So all our customers are aware, since we are a family run business we do have our kids with us during holidays etc. From this day going forward there will be an additional charge for any work carried out where they are present if "reasonable steps have not been taken to deter these flies" as they are a health and safety hazard. We will also have to report any infestations to the environmental health. These f...lies carry horrible bacteria and disease and we will not be putting ourselves or our family in any danger plus will be doing our bit for the public and protecting you, your family, friends and neighbours. Meet our team. In the middle is our BIG BOSS Abigail, no rest for the wicked around this one, drives a hard bargain too! Abigail's right hand man, Scott, aka daddy. Finally on the left is our ocassional help, Emma, aka mummy. She's not always on form but tries where she can. You have to get up early to beat this team, family and work all in one.

To All our valued customers past present and future. I regret to inform you all of a very serious and dangerous problem which we still seem to be suffering with. As some of you will know we try to be as polite and kind as is possible about how we request anything from you. But unfortunately many ... people do not deem it necessary to carry out any actions we request. We require access to a brown bin (for waste) mainly to save our customers dealing with bags and or dumping charges. We need access to both front and back gardens where applicable. AND we do prefer not to have faeces thrown up at ourselves or our staff nor do we appreciate standing, sliding or falling on, (or in, yuk!!) to it either. Can you all please bear this in mind and try to collect and dispose of as much of your dogs mess as possible before we arrive, we understand it's not a job any dog owner likes to do ( we have a dog too) but it has to be done. (Considering we are a family business we do have our kids out with us frequently and they are like poop magnets honestly! ) To all of our customers who have dealt with and continue to clear their gardens a huge thank you to you from all of us here at COBWEBS AND WEEDS.
