we visited cocoabean braehead on the 25th of feb 2018. we had 5 kids with us one of who is disabled and wheelchair bound and needs help with stuff. i was alittle unsure at first but the cocoabean staff where brill with her and she has had the best birthday never..thanks so much to all the staff at cocoabean for making it so good for her and the rest of the kids. keep up the great work hopefully we will visit again soon

Was there 14/4/18 with my 4 kids and 2 nephewвҖҷs for daughters birthday staff are great with kids esp one with my nephew who was shy to go in to chocolate room she came out sat with us let him do some then took him in to room, where she stayed with him till there time was up!! Was at the 12 o clock session today (14/04/18) the staff are brilliant. They encouraged my almost 3 yr old grandson to go into the room without us. They spent time with him 1 to 1 helping him with all his chocolate moulds and he was so happy putting them in the fridge. We kept his apron on and carried his bag all the way home TY

Visited the CocoaBean factory today for the first time and my wee girl got a bit upset at the workshop and despite the staff trying to reassure her she didnвҖҷt want to go back in. This very nice young girl then came over to our table and done all the activities with my wee girl so she didnвҖҷt miss out. The staff were fantastic and canвҖҷt thank them enough for the service we received will definitely be back for another visit пҝҪ

Visited for the first time today with my 5 year old daughter; initially she was a bit subdued (thanks to several late nights during the holidays) but the girl taking the workshop really engaged with her and made the session great fun. My wee girl was very proud of the treats she made and I was more than happy to share them with her! Would highly recommend; ВЈ15 can seem like a lot for a 45 minute activity but I felt for what the kids did and got to take home, it's well worth the money.

Visited cocoabean today with my son & baby daughter for a chocolate afternoon tea. We absolutely loved it, sandwiches & cakes were delicious & my son was impressed with his chocolate tea! Staff were friendly & we will def be returning soon for another afternoon tea & chocolate making class!

Really good value for money and the staff were just outstanding with my daughter who has just turned 3 and was naturally cautious at being in the workshop without a parent.



Staff really brought her out her shell and gave her one on one help with her treat making. She had such a good day well done to all the girls in the workshop.

My family and I visited this store today and we absolutely loved it. I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Nicole as she helped my 1 yr old daughter and kept her quiet and having fun for 45 mins....we will 100% be visiting again and I will certainly be telling my friends about it. My daughter had her 5th birthday party here yesterday (7th July) and we all had a fantastic day. I organised the party through their head office and the people I spoke to there were really efficient and helpful.



The girls who hosted our party were fantastic! They were really attentive to the kids and managed to keep them all under control. There were a couple of kids who got a bit upset about going into the room, but the staff were able to encourage them in and soon everyone was smiling! The staff really quickly learned all the kids names which I thought was a lovely touch and it really made a difference when it came to the time for party food and party games.



The food was lovely. Instead of giving the kids individual set meals, they put a selection of sandwiches, pizza, chicken nuggets and cakes, which went down a treat!



Party games were well done and the staff were great at making sure everyone got involved. My only complaint would be that the little speaker used to play the music was not loud enough which lead to some confusion during musical statues!!



The whole day was well coordinated and really enjoyable for both kids and parents! All the parents commented on how lovely the food, cakes, coffee and hot chocolate were from the cafe! We would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely consider having another party there again!

My boys both had a fantastic time yesterday. The staff are great with children of all ages. The amount of chocolate they get to create and bring home is great for the price you pay, plus they get to keep their wee aprons. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has kids.

My boy loved his time in cocoa bean and myself and wife had a lovely coffee and desert while we waited. Excellent value for your money considering all the activities my son undertook and the staff worked hard to keep him happy and engaged during the session, no easy task with such a rambunctious 4 year old. Waiting staff in the cafГ© section of the business where polite professional and attentive, even when they got an influx of visitors for the next class, coffee and dessert where huuuuge , a strange complaint to make i know, a small issue with the vouchers which wasn't really their fault but they took full control and sorted all our problems out. Highly recommend to anyone with young kids looking for something different

Fab wee session today for my 2 grandchildren. Staff totally embrace the job and get those kids enjoying their event. Cafe also very good and worth a visit. Also, customer arrived with a young lad who didnвҖҷt feel he wanted to join in with a group and they quickly ushered him into another room for personal chocolate making. Was lovely to see. Well done

During a holiday in Glasgow with their grandparents, my 2 kids were brought here. My son is autistic and it was all very much sensory overload! Straight away one of the staff picked up on this and took him to a much quieter area where he was able to enjoy the session in his own wee way. I am so thankful to the whole team as my Mum couldn't have praised you guys anymore. People so often label his as naughty, and your staff seen him for who he actually is. I am so grateful!

CanвҖҷt thank the staff enough! My little boy wasnвҖҷt too sure of the experience but Sacha came over to our table and sat with him. She was very patient and understanding and managed to get him to participate. Both kids had a fab time making their fab creations. Both my 5 and 7 year old had a great time at the workshop. They make and takeaway lots of treats and the staff were fun and full of energy. Money well spent! Cafe and shop really good too - and of course the chocolate is delicious пҝҪ

Workshop was great for kids and they came away with a good amount of chocolate - only thing thay brings it down is the food - all very cheaply made - panini was two bread rolls with a little filling. Pizzas had cheddar not mozzarella unfortunately.

What a fantastic half hour my toddler (2yrs 4 months) had with her big cousins. The staff, particularly one young woman, was great with my little one which made me feel better about her being in the room without me. The staff in the room were very engaging and all the children seemed to enjoy the mess and fun of being covered in choc. We got a Wowcher deal and found the value brilliant. My little one came away with 3 chocolate goodies including a mould. Lunch was included in the deal however we did have to ask for a few things as the cabinet hadn't been restocked. And the kids got to keep their aprons which is pretty cute. Overall very good.

My son and I had a great time at the Beanie Tots session yesterday, we both had lots of messy chocolate fun and really enjoyed making our chocolate treats. The staff were all warm and friendly and engaged well with the kids. The only reason it doesn't make it to 5 stars is i thought the session unfortunately felt rushed, I had to help my 2 year old just to keep up whereas he would have preferred to be able to do it all himself. I definitely felt a 45 min session would have been much better, giving the kids time to enjoy it and play at the messy stations. As it was my son only got time to play at 1 of the 3 stations set up. Would we come back? Yes we probably still would, but we'd be even more inclined to if it was just that wee bit longer.

Was at the 12 o clock session today (14/04/18) the staff are brilliant. They encouraged my almost 3 yr old grandson to go into the room without us. They spent time with him 1 to 1 helping him with all his chocolate moulds and he was so happy putting them in the fridge. We kept his apron on and carried his bag all the way home TY

Visited the CocoaBean factory today for the first time and my wee girl got a bit upset at the workshop and despite the staff trying to reassure her she didnвҖҷt want to go back in. This very nice young girl then came over to our table and done all the activities with my wee girl so she didnвҖҷt miss out. The staff were fantastic and canвҖҷt thank them enough for the service we received will definitely be back for another visit пҝҪ

Visited for the first time today with my 5 year old daughter; initially she was a bit subdued (thanks to several late nights during the holidays) but the girl taking the workshop really engaged with her and made the session great fun. My wee girl was very proud of the treats she made and I was more than happy to share them with her! Would highly recommend; ВЈ15 can seem like a lot for a 45 minute activity but I felt for what the kids did and got to take home, it's well worth the money.

Visited cocoabean today with my son & baby daughter for a chocolate afternoon tea. We absolutely loved it, sandwiches & cakes were delicious & my son was impressed with his chocolate tea! Staff were friendly & we will def be returning soon for another afternoon tea & chocolate making class!

Really good value for money and the staff were just outstanding with my daughter who has just turned 3 and was naturally cautious at being in the workshop without a parent.



Staff really brought her out her shell and gave her one on one help with her treat making. She had such a good day well done to all the girls in the workshop.

My family and I visited this store today and we absolutely loved it. I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Nicole as she helped my 1 yr old daughter and kept her quiet and having fun for 45 mins....we will 100% be visiting again and I will certainly be telling my friends about it. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great experience.

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here yesterday (7th July) and we all had a fantastic day. I organised the party through their head office and the people I spoke to there were really efficient and helpful.



The girls who hosted our party were fantastic! They were really attentive to the kids and managed to keep them all under control. There were a couple of kids who got a bit upset about going into the room, but the staff were able to encourage them in and soon everyone was smiling! The staff really quickly learned all the kids names which I thought was a lovely touch and it really made a difference when it came to the time for party food and party games.



The food was lovely. Instead of giving the kids individual set meals, they put a selection of sandwiches, pizza, chicken nuggets and cakes, which went down a treat!



Party games were well done and the staff were great at making sure everyone got involved. My only complaint would be that the little speaker used to play the music was not loud enough which lead to some confusion during musical statues!!



The whole day was well coordinated and really enjoyable for both kids and parents! All the parents commented on how lovely the food, cakes, coffee and hot chocolate were from the cafe! We would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely consider having another party there again!

My boys both had a fantastic time yesterday. The staff are great with children of all ages. The amount of chocolate they get to create and bring home is great for the price you pay, plus they get to keep their wee aprons. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has kids.

My boy loved his time in cocoa bean and myself and wife had a lovely coffee and desert while we waited. Excellent value for your money considering all the activities my son undertook and the staff worked hard to keep him happy and engaged during the session, no easy task with such a rambunctious 4 year old. Waiting staff in the cafГ© section of the business where polite professional and attentive, even when they got an influx of visitors for the next class, coffee and dessert where huuuuge , a strange complaint to make i know, a small issue with the vouchers which wasn't really their fault but they took full control and sorted all our problems out. Highly recommend to anyone with young kids looking for something different

Fab wee session today for my 2 grandchildren. Staff totally embrace the job and get those kids enjoying their event. Cafe also very good and worth a visit. Also, customer arrived with a young lad who didnвҖҷt feel he wanted to join in with a group and they quickly ushered him into another room for personal chocolate making. Was lovely to see. Well done

During a holiday in Glasgow with their grandparents, my 2 kids were brought here. My son is autistic and it was all very much sensory overload! Straight away one of the staff picked up on this and took him to a much quieter area where he was able to enjoy the session in his own wee way. I am so thankful to the whole team as my Mum couldn't have praised you guys anymore. People so often label his as naughty, and your staff seen him for who he actually is. I am so grateful!

CanвҖҷt thank the staff enough! My little boy wasnвҖҷt too sure of the experience but Sacha came over to our table and sat with him. She was very patient and understanding and managed to get him to participate. Both kids had a fab time making their fab creations. Both my 5 and 7 year old had a great time at the workshop. They make and takeaway lots of treats and the staff were fun and full of energy. Money well spent! Cafe and shop really good too - and of course the chocolate is delicious пҝҪ

Workshop was great for kids and they came away with a good amount of chocolate - only thing thay brings it down is the food - all very cheaply made - panini was two bread rolls with a little filling. Pizzas had cheddar not mozzarella unfortunately.

What a fantastic half hour my toddler (2yrs 4 months) had with her big cousins. The staff, particularly one young woman, was great with my little one which made me feel better about her being in the room without me. The staff in the room were very engaging and all the children seemed to enjoy the mess and fun of being covered in choc. We got a Wowcher deal and found the value brilliant. My little one came away with 3 chocolate goodies including a mould. Lunch was included in the deal however we did have to ask for a few things as the cabinet hadn't been restocked. And the kids got to keep their aprons which is pretty cute. Overall very good.

My son and I had a great time at the Beanie Tots session yesterday, we both had lots of messy chocolate fun and really enjoyed making our chocolate treats. The staff were all warm and friendly and engaged well with the kids. The only reason it doesn't make it to 5 stars is i thought the session unfortunately felt rushed, I had to help my 2 year old just to keep up whereas he would have preferred to be able to do it all himself. I definitely felt a 45 min session would have been much better, giving the kids time to enjoy it and play at the messy stations. As it was my son only got time to play at 1 of the 3 stations set up. Would we come back? Yes we probably still would, but we'd be even more inclined to if it was just that wee bit longer.
