i was in the shop today to get Theo a cooling vest he got measured and fitted with the vest, staff were very patient as theo is a bouncy boxer and wouldnt stay still lol i would recommend this shop to anyone.

Went in today looking for some help and advice for my 7 month old Great Dane pup � who is cutting her back teeth!

Now I’m HUGE on customer service and I have to say - I’m delighted. I was offered solid advice, alternatives, even home made remedies!

This is what it’s all about, someone you can connect with, who listens to you, treats you like an equal and helps to the best they can.

I’ve heard many many great reviews about this place and now I know why!!!! �����

I’ll definitely be back and next time I’ll bring Luna.

Was really nervous about taking Harley for his Julius K9 because he's not good with new environments. Staff in the shop couldn't have been any better with him. They were patient and relaxed. He loves his new harness and the treats. Bonus!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got my bulldog fitted for a harness and the girl working was so patient with her as she's a bouncy big girl and a bit of a handful. Would highly recommend and would defo make the trip back through from Stirling to visit this shop again!!

The dogs love tbere new sportspet ball with the rope there grani kindly treated them too,pics too follow as always great service and choice,but kindly remind there grani to buy low cal or less treats,were all trying to lose weight,he he.xxxx

Popped in today to see if they stocked the food for my german shepherd pup. The lady was great. They didnt have it in but she ordered it for me to arrive 2morro AND gave me 6 sample packs of it that she did have for free to tide me over till 2morro. Will defo be ordering from here from now on :) awesome customer service!!!!

Popped in here today, what a brilliant wee shop with loads of great products. Very pleasant helpful lady, got a gorgeous knitted sweater for the little dog I’m looking after the now. Fantastic prices and service will definitely be back, lots ��

Fantastic pet shop, with very friendly, helpful staff and excellent service. My dog is on a restricted, low fat, diet due to health problems and it was good to find her current favourite (Burns Penlan Farm, Chicken with Brown Rice and Vegetables, moist) at Coco's at a very reasonable price and cheaper than online! :-)

Can’t recommend this place enough love going down for everything I need for Gus & the staff always offer helpful advice. Amazing choice & fresh treats available. Love the fact it’s local.

Bought "Calm Xtra" for my small dog who is petrified of the fire works. Started giving these drops to my dog towards the end of last month. They are amazing my dog never batted an eye lid tonight, it was so nice for her not to shake violently and panic. Normally she would go and hide under the bed, but she spent all evening in the living room calm and relaxed. Highly recommend them.

Best Pet shop around, staff are amazing. First class personal service.! Everything you need for every type of pet. Wouldn't go anywhere else now �
