Cognihealth Description
Dementia is a global epidemic; over 50 million people have been diagnosed with dementia worldwide. Most cases of dementia are progressive in nature and there are no treatments that can stop its progression. However, the care a person with dementia (PwD) receives can greatly influence how they experience living with dementia.
We at CogniHealth are creating easy to use tools to transform the experience of living with dementia by enabling personalised, integrated and empowering care. These tools are being developed based on scientific research and interview sessions with PwD, their caregivers, and medical professionals to really understand the problems and their needs associated with dementia.
