Coilean is a company created and set up in mid 2016 by Colin Piechniczek.
Having 6 years experience within the sports management industry, and a passion for the beautiful game at all levels of age and ability. I created and set up a philosophy within another company, that is now built around “creating chances” which has benefited a number of footballers from across the globe. I now have taken that basic idea, tweaked and refined it to provide footballers with all equal opportunities to make that step forward in their careers.
With extensive links and partners across the globe, Coilean is all about the creation of genuine footballing opportunities for players’ to display their abilities in front of clubs professional clubs within an achievable level.
These opportunities are produced and delivered in the form of an all inclusive specialised coaching and preparation camp with, in-trip sports science, mentoring /guidance, accommodation, meals, transport and cultural immersion.
We provide direct contact with academy or first team coaches in other countries that will be looking at players from an identification purpose.
Aimed at players matching a certain criteria aged 15 to 19 years old for the academy level projects and 19 to 26 for the first team projects.
Which ever project players fit in to they will receive one of the most in depth and genuine opportunities to take their career to the next step.
