Colinsburgh Community Cinema

Fortnightly Screenings on the 2nd and 4th Friday in the month, in Colinsburgh Town Hall. The season runs from September to May.

COLINSBURGH COMMUNITY CINEMA is a film club for people living in Colinsburgh and the surrounding area. It was formed in March 2008

Our aim is to screen top quality films at a reasonable price. The Community Cinema screens 15 films per season.

MEMBERSHIP

If you are interested in joining the film club, you can purchase a year’s membership for £30. 00 at the beginning of each season. This entitles you to see all 15 films.

NON-MEMBERS

Non-members will be able to purchase tickets at the door for £4. 00, if seats are available. Pre- booking is strongly advised.

Colinsburgh Community Cinema has an inclusive membership policy.

PAYMENT

Please note that we are unable to accept payment by Debit or Credit Card at present. Payment should be made by CASH or CHEQUE, or you can set up a Standing Order.

UNDER 16S

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to become members, and must be accompanied by a responsible adult if the film’s certificate permits their attendance.

Each film has a Board of Censors’ certificate that the club must abide by.

MOBILITY & PARKING

Off the road parking is available in the local primary school, next to the Town Hall that hosts the Community Cinema.

It is also possible to drive up to the entrance. The Town Hall has disabled-access for those in wheelchairs. A loop system is available for those who are hard of hearing. Please make your request at the door.

THE 2011-12 SEASON

Our fourth FULL SEASON will start on Friday September 2rd 2011 with the film ‘Made in Dagenham’ . The season will continue with a film every second and fourth Friday of each month.

Members are also invited to bring along a friend for free once a season. We hope that this will attract new members once they see the quality of the screening and the range of films on offer.
