Sometime wonder if we really need to be here as Benjie does such a great job with our guests!

Strongly recommend this trip to all our guests.

One of our departing guests has just left us a Trans-5/2 ticket for the Sealife Centre - free entry for two adults from 27th (when they bought it) to 3rd August (when it expires). Just ask at the Barn Bar or message us if you'd like to use it - seems a shame to waste the ticket.

Please use water wisely - our private supply is depleted and it is taking longer than usual to refill the tanks. We appreciate your assistance.

Lovely wee museum, great boat trips, good pub - a drive south from Cologin makes a great day out. If you want to discover more try Kilmartin House museum, Arduaine Gardens, Ardfern, Crinan canal - plenty of fantastic places to visit and enjoy.

Let the games begin! Apart from Lorn and Inveraray mentioned in the article and the Argyllshire Gathering Oban Games there’s Dalmally, Taynuilt, Appin and a host of other local agricultural shows so plenty to choose from.

The Outer Hebridean one bedroom Chalets have a great view of ‘Hamish and the drover’ on the roof of The Barn Bar. In fact you can see this pair from quite some distance as it’s a full size sculpture. Did you know that our Chalets are sited alongside an old drovers path? There have been plenty of Hamish’s passing by over the centuries and we hope you love this new sculpture as much as we do.

Another fab stay. Some of the lodges are undergoing a makeover and lovely decking added which really takes advantage of the lovely setting. Lovely food and service in The Barn which has a great atmosphere. Looking forward to another stay soon.
