*** Classes ***

There are 6 classes each week:
• Mon 8pm – 9pm
• Tues 6pm – 7pm
• Tues 8pm – 9pm
• Thurs 6pm – 7pm
• Sat 10. 50am – 11. 50am
• Sat 11. 50am – 12. 50pm

We train at St Thomas of Aquins high school, 2-20 Chalmers Street Edinburgh, EH3 9ES.

There is a free private car park that can be accessed via Lauriston Garden or free on street parking on after 6. 30pm.

First class is FREE!

We pride ourselves on our welcoming and friendly atmosphere in class. There are also regular social events and these things create a great atmosphere to train in class.

We offer private sessions in, but not limited to, the following areas:
Kickboxing / Womens street self defence / Fitness sessions

We can take individuals, or groups of up to 8 people.

We have a city centre location or, a lot of clients prefer to train in their own home / garden which we are happy to accommodate.

In order to make affordable to everyone, the more people on the session the cheaper it is per person.

Individual sessions, blocks of 5, 10 or 25 have proved a very popular gift so contact us if wish to do so.
