Combat Zone

Combat Zone , Bo'ness, Full time Martial Arts and Fitness training gym,
based with the Bo'ness Recreation Centre, Gauze Road, Bo'ness, EH51 9QB.

Re-established in 2016 with one goal in mind “to do things better”. It is this single mindedness that will taken the Combat Zone to become the number one choice in the area for those serious about Martial Arts and Martial fitness

The goal of the combat zone is to aid groups and members in reaching your fullest potential through the various clubs run from the Combat Zone .

Our classes are - Ju Jitsu, Karate, Thai Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Sport Jitsu /Newaza(ground fightig). Self Defence,

Classes also teach a varied range of students; men and women of all ages and abilities. Classes are for everyone and anyone age 5 upwards.

All classes includes the discipline and etiquette which are noticeably absent in many of today's schools. Our students practise in structured classes with fully qualified and insured instructors with years of experience.

Also available soon to everyone are our range of fitness classes such as Strength and Conditioning and Circuit Training sessions. All classes and instruction are held at our fully equipped Martial Arts Academy

We have a fully matted training with top of the range equipment for everyone to use.
