In this weather the kids and I leave food out for the animals, they have it very difficult finding food now, since this deep snow covers everything. If you could leave some seeds, nuts in your garden, make sure its sheltered and even if you go for a walk in the forest hang some apples in the trees for the deer etc. They will really appreciate this. Love yourself! Don't tell yourself you are too this or not enough that. Don't hide. Become yourself again. We are burying our feelings too much, instead of accepting and feeling the feelings and emotions we have and healing and letting them go again. Heal them. Don't tell yourself that you are fine when you are not. Heal yourself. The key is to recognize the emotion you are feeling and then feel it as much as possible. Send it some love and forgiveness and then let it go. Take it out of your body in whatever way you feel it's right! I imagine a coloured light ball in my body and then take it out! LOVE YOURSELF! ¤ÆܤÆܤÆÜ
