Community Focus Scotland CIC deliver services around the mission statement “Focusing on Reducing Poverty & Unemployment” We achieve this through two of our main services, a Free Food Larder and Industry Training / Qualifications.

Community Focus Scotland CIC is a Community Interest Company Ltd by Guarantee (CFS CIC). This legal structure was chosen as it was the most suitable structure to ensure all profits will be reinvested back into services to benefit the community and its needs.
Community Focus Scotland CIC believes in the power of cohesive, connected communities to effect real and lasting social change. A change that will see our local authority benefit from affordable, yet high value quality service provision. A change that will offer those most in need of support in the community a place where they can not only socialise, but gain access to services that will improve their lives in many areas. A change that will also see local SME’s benefit from low cost, high quality administration services.
All these small changes will bring together and empower our community, ensuring an increase in social cohesion, economic growth and future development within our area.

With our mission to maintain a holistic approach to being a person centred organisation, our other objectives include promoting education and training, homework support, health and well-being, saving of lives through first aid courses, hospitality courses, unique drugs and alcohol programme, debt advice, benefit advice, employability courses / tasters, also including work experience leading to recognised qualifications to assist with securing employment within the hospitality industry and call centre / customer service industry.
