Crofthead Hickory House Community Playgroup is a Charity Organisation for children aged 2-5 years old. The playgroup operates Monday - Friday, 9. 15-11. 30am, during term time. The sessions are £7. 00 per session which includes a healthy snack, a variety of stimulating and unique play and learning experiences, free flow play and learning from indoors to outdoors, gym, a teeth brushing programme, Adventure Ted, and opportunity to engage in a Lending Library. We have two large playrooms, which are welcoming, attractive and inspiring, our own outdoor area and access to a large hall one day a week. We work in line with all relevant childcare Curriculums (Pre-Birth to Three and the Curriculum for Excellence) and adhere to all legal and relevant Childcare Documents and Standards. Our staff are ambitious, passionate and nurturing and ensure best practice. Our staff are fully qualified and registered with the SSSC. We also work with the eligible 2 year old system, where funded places are granted through West Lothian Council. Please contact us to arrange an induction or for any further information.
