Tue & Thurs 6. 30pm. Zoom online classes &
Wed & Fri 10am classes at Thistle Padel Courts, Katesmill Road.
Susan has 30 years experience teaching fitness classes and loves to motivate clients and see everyone continually improve their fitness, achieve goals while having fun too. Classes are for men and women who want to get fit, healthy, look and feel amazing ����
