Here at the Heriot-Watt Computing Society (CompSoc to you and me! ), we love to keep up with all things technological. We’re a group of students who enjoy computing and technology in all its forms. Our members range from technology enthusiasts who keep up-to-date with the latest advances and must have gadgets (Apple Watch or Moto 360 anyone? Google Glass, hot or not? Are you an Apple fanboy, or do you swear by Samsung?) to people who’re just looking for some camaraderie, new mates with similar interests and a fun night out!
Maybe you’re already a seasoned codemonkey looking to get their fingers dirty? Or a novice wanting to dip into something new? This year we’ve got some exciting plans to support our members in learning new languages and technologies and finding members from across different years and disciplines.
