Whenever i need some cheer and tlc i come to Concept! Not only does this amazing Salon look fabulous, the feeling of being looked after and pampered are just superb! The most wonderful team they have, so attentive and generally interested in you as a person! I have super curly hair and i find it hard to manage! My hair has never looked so good since coming here! Love Concept...if i could spend everyday in this happy place i would! Xx �

I'm just back from having my first pedicure and had to write saying how much I enjoyed my pampering. Feet feel amazing. The girls are lovely, pleasant and very welcoming as are the premises. I have no hesitation in going back and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

I won a cut and style voucher in the ymca raffle and went along for my appt with emily,im not 1 for taking much me time but have to say the salon offers a great service and defo will be back and would highly reccomend

I love going to Concept to get my hair done, the staff and very friendly and welcoming. Helena always takes the time to find out what I want done and on several occasions I have asked her what she thinks I should get done and I have never been disappointed with it. Love love love the head and shoulder massage you get after your hair has been washed. Keep up the good work ladies.

Huge thanks to Natalie for a great hair makeover today. She was set quite a challenge when I arrived and I left very happy, 10 years younger and it was a huge boost! Nothing was too much trouble for Natalie , even though my hair was refusing to take on the hair colour (poss due to meds I was on) she persevered till she found a colour product to work on me and made every effort to ensure I left the salon very happy. Great cut, great colour and one very delighted customer. Can highly recommend Natalie, however the whole team at Concept are fantastic too! Look forward to my next appointment.

Have had my hair done by Shana twice now and love the fact she listens but also comes up with other ideas. She done my girls hair yesterday with the glitter and Carly loved it. Everyone is so friendly also

Have been in a couple of times to have my hair done by Natalie who is amazing!! and also had Helena and Shannon in to do my wedding hair. They were both excellent and very understanding to what I wanted for such a special day. First class service!!

Had my hair cut and styled by shana on Saturday and it's one of the best cuts I've had! Listened to exactly what I asked,nothing was rushed, and the attention to detail in the salon is a good touch....was made to feel very welcome and when I'm next visiting the area I will be coming back. .....100 percent recommended xx

Great hairdressers. Lovely people who are all so welcoming. I came away feeling pampered and satisfied with my hair. Natalie is always very chatty and does a great job. She takes the time to find out what u want and coloured my hair exactly how I pictured it in my head. X

Got my make up done yesterday for a wedding,can't remember the girls name� but she was lovely and really listened to what I wanted.Im always apprehensive getting my make up done as don't like it to look too heavy but couldn't have been happier with it.I didn't have to reapply at all throughout the day and my make up still looked perfect 16 hours later!I will definitely be back�

Definitely one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and always leaves me happy after a haircut. Went here for my prom makeup and hair too, and it was great. Definitely would recommend!

Came in today for a cut and blowdry from Ruby and I absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. She is such a lovely girl who is very welcoming and friendly. Loved the extra’s i.e heated eyemask whilst getting my hair washed, my hair conditioning treatment and the head and shoulder massage before my hair got cut. She has made my hair feel absolutely amazing and it already looks in so much better condition. Will definitely be back. Thank you so, so much Ruby xxx

Been going to concept for ages now, had many different stylists doing my hair. Ranging from colour, hilights , cuts, hair ups... all fabulous! The blow dry bar is also great and amazing value! Lovely staff and always a relaxing experience in a lovely salon... �

Always love getting my hair styled by Heather or getting a spray tan done! The girls always manage to fit appointments in for me and I always have a great experience in the salon! Looking forward to getting my nails done next week, and my hair styled again by Heather next month for my birthday! ���

After not being at a hairdressers in a long time & finding that after i'd go get my hair cut nicely i'd be unable to maintain it myself. Well i am today so happy with my overall experience i have received from this salon on Saturday, in particular my great stylist Nicola. She took me through a hairdressing experience i have never had before and was so amazing. From the minute i sat down in the chair to the gorgeous end result. Nicola used products on my hair that has left it feeling like it has never been before and such a great cut & style. Was really dreading washing my hair and styling it myself this morning as i normally just tie it up after i wash it but my hair was so easy to style, so soft, so smooth, nothing like ive been able to manage before and i believe this is all down to the products nicola recommended and used on my hair. I am now going to buy these products and continue to see Nicola on a regular basis in the salon. Thank you so much Nicola.xxxx

Really like the express facials and Ruby is a great therapist, kind, thorough and professional.However since they have increased the price of an express facial from £20 to £30- an increase of 50% and this is now much more expensive than loads of other places in Glenrothes, I will be taking much of my business elsewhere.

Really disappointed to hear of the very poor service given to my mum, who had proactively chosen your salon back in April regarding being fitted for a wig as she is currently going through chemotherapy. Consultations cancelled without her knowing and very poor communication. If you are going to continue to offer this service, perhaps your staff should receive some basic customer service training and understanding of the chemotherapy process. 8 weeks is a very long time to wait for a wig when your hair is falling out. She has felt at a complete loss and understandably angry, that a beauty salon could.leave a women feeling so rubbish. She put her future in your hands and you didn't even have the decency to keep her informed. Very poor service indeed.
