Absolutely a nightmare dealing with them, they made the whole purchasing process unnecessarily complicated due to their lack of knowledge and bad time management (you think solicitors know what they are doing? Not this company!). They have totally turned my excitement of buying a new home to an extremely stressful experience. I consulted a couple of other companies later on just to find out if it was suppose to be difficult like that, only to find out it was them not handling things properly. It is shocking how UNPROFESSIONAL they are yet they are practising!
I could not fault the support of David Devlin. Excellent communicator, prompt and great with responses to queries. Kept it all nice and simple for myself and my wife when we bought into the Edinburgh property market. Will definitely get my repeat business, a real gentleman and a credit to this company.
Fantastic friendly company - nothing too much bother, always available to answer questions and provide advice. Very professional and reasonable - the type of service you always hope for but mostly don't get these days.
