First time for myself and my partner and we loved it! Best buffet we have been to. So much choice, everything fresh and everything hot! We were greeted by the manager who was lovely, all staff very friendly. Will be back on our next visit to Glasgow!

Amazing food good staff and I like it more than Motherwells one it is amazing best place ever and best ice cream

Food was good, but toilets were absolutely shocking and staff were pretty rude also. Was in with 2 relatives and when I asked for a receipt so I could claim expenses back from work I was told that ‘they bill the table not the person, so if I wanted to pay separate I would have had to sit at a different table’.. never had this at any restaurant before! Seems very unprofessional.

Decided after a 68 hour working week to take the family for a meal after work, enjoyed the food and the real reason I go ...the ice cream, even my son enjoyed it. What scrubbed it big time was the loud mouth tuechter bint complaining and demanding the electric fan be took to her table exclusively instead of set so we all benefit from it. Every time I lifted my fork for some of that lovely lamb that voice would ramshackle my eardrums a belter. My 10 month old was even like " sake da she's a right cow int she ". In all seriousness tho ...management should have told her to shut up ...twice she yelled swear words in front of all the kids there .....and told one kid told shut up directly. On top of that she was ripping the piss outta staff like she was the Queen of Fife man ...these yins need to know if they come to the toon for a munch ...don't start awe yer farmer pish and hink yer a hard cnt cause ye milk 20 coos a day.

Will be back as I like the place and enjoy it .....just get them telt glesga style :)

have visited many cook and Indis buffets throughout Glasgow and have always had a good thing to say aswell as recommending to others. Unfortunately myself and my partner visited the branch on Renfield street on Tuesday 23rd January at 9:30pm. We were welcomed in and ordered our drinks went up for some food and there wasn't very much food left everything was dried up but without wanting to complain we just took a wee plate of what was left. Once seated the waiter came over to advise that they would be closing at 10pm but since we were just in would let us stay a wee bit longer to enjoy our food. The waiter returned 15 minutes later to advise that they would be clearing the buffet food away and asked if we wanted more good but we had hardly even eaten the good off our plate so decided to go up and take some desserts before it was cleared away so we could leave it on the table. Most of the deserts had been cleared away so we took some jelly and a few tiny squares if cake so we could enjoy them after our meal. The waiter was then hurrying us on so we asked if we could put the remainder of our plate Into a wee box to take it home and enjoy as we were put off by the smell of bleach from them mopping round our feet and by the awkward atmosphere in the restaurant. The waiter told us that if we wanted to take away our meals we would need to pay an extra £6.50 each on top of what we had already paid. We were then accused of stealing a bowl and had our bags searched absolutely humiliating! And the waiter tried to crack a joke about the whole situation, telling us to Finnish our drinks, pay the bill and leave as they were closed. We were treated like dirt by the waiter who was arguing with my boyfriend after accusing us of stealing. I mean who would steal a bowl? Absolutely shocking and degrading then to be charged £37 for a few fork fulls of disgusting food, 2 pints and terrible customer service. It gets worse have just phoned the restaurant there to give a complaint to the "manager" spoke over us and never listened to us instead just tried to argue with the customer. He refused to give us his name when asked politely as he was quite clearly not the manager and if he was the manager they clearly need to look into hiring staff that have knowledge on how you treat customers. We were then hung up on by the man on the phone after being shouted at. I cannot believe in this day and age the company is able to get off with treating people like this have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life and completely ruined our night will not be stepping foot back into this place and would advise anyone not to be eat here. This incidence will also be getting taken further

Went to the one in Glasgow this afternoon and the place only had a few customers in so not what would be described as busy. We were shown to a table and then left to sit for 15 minutes. Not one person came over to ask if we would like a drink or would we like to go to the buffet. The staff passed our table several times and it was obvious that we had nothing in front of us other than cutlery . We must have become completely invisible as we entered the building. After our 15 minutes of being ignored we decided to get our coats on and leave. As we left the chap on the door said thank you. God knows what he was thanking us for because he knew we had t had anything, never asked us if there was a problem or why we were leaving. Won’t bother going back there again, we walked across the road to the Chinese buffet where we were seated and an order for drinks taken instantly

Staff were so rude, was asked 3 times in the space of 5 minutes if i was finished eating when you could see quite clearly i wasn’t. Food was hard and cold & not much option at all. Also was getting a strong smell of smoke all through the meal.

User

It would be really nice if the staff didn’t whip the plates away without asking if you’re finished first. On the rare occasion I was asked (by more than one person within a few minutes), I still had food on my plate and was clearly still eating. It’s so rude and makes people feel uncomfortable. It wasn’t even all that busy. Just buy more plates eh?

Also the child height/price policy is ridiculous. My 8 year old was well above the height you have stated but only had a few slices of rubbery pizza and less than a handful of cold chips yet you want to charge her for the price of an adult? Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible atmosphere with less than average food, flat juice and Train spotting type toilets
