This school offer small and intimate size cookery classes.
Classes are mainly hosted by Head Chef Tutor Kevin Ramsay.
Come and Learn from the professional and the people with a real passion for food.

The Learn then Lunch day begins at 10am at The Cook School with a seasonal cookery demonstration from our Sous Chef Graeme Carlyle.
After the demonstration, the class then transfers to Michelin starred Restaurant Martin Wishart at 12pm.
There you will enjoy canapés, amuse bouche, a three course lunch or a five course gourmet menu with two glasses of wine, plus coffee and petit fours.
... We round off the afternoon with a tour of the Restaurant Martin Wishart Kitchen.
