We are getting this question a lot. So just to clarify, Yes you do get a year warranty with all the screens we supply and replace for you. A warranty covers any manufacturing faults, issues with display quality etc. But that DOES NOT cover any physical or liquid damage. If you are using an Apple iPhone 6 / 6s we highly recommend NOT to update to the latest IOS at the moment as it’s causing multiple issues on the old devices such as loss of 3g / wifi signal. It isn’t happening to all the devices but majority of them are having issues. There will be an update soon to resolve this issue. Regards

We provide a year warranty with all mobile phones and laptop screens we supply and replace for you. We are more than happy to help should you have any issues whatsoever. Important: When any device is booked in with us for a repair wether that’s a laptop, PC or a mobile phone we’ll always need you to remove the passcodes on the device so we can run tests and make sure everything is functional before we hand the device back. Took my phone here after a recommendation. Brilliant friendly fast service great value for money. Previously got my iPhone fixed in Kirkcaldy which resulted in them leaving a thermo strip on the new screen inside which caused my phone to over heat a lot. And there were 7 screws missing in which cosmic replaced, and gave me a case and tempered glass screen for a quarter of the price. Definitely recommend!

Took my Granddaughters phone into Sef, which had landed in the fish tank. Can't thank him enough for all the work he did replacing all the parts, very fast and friendly service. Thanks again Sef.

Thought my phone needed a new battery which is did so battery got changed but still wasn’t working, worked out what was wrong with it and sorted very quickly and very reasonably priced, great quality service � wouldn’t go anywhere else after using this place �

I stupidly dropped my phone and the screen cracked and to make matters worse I damaged the LCD screen as well (tempered glass was untouched!). My phone was fixed within 2 days for a decent price and it looks as good as new! I am very grateful for the great service and the owner was very nice! Will definitely be using Cosmic Phones again when I have mobile emergency.

Due to my extreme clumsiness I have had to have my iPhone screen replaced twice in the past week � both jobs have been done extremely well and in an hour turn around. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with Sef on many occasions, he is very reliable, truth worthy, accommodating & responds to messages fast!

Last month I had a problem with my iTunes/ iCloud, both accounts linked to old email addresses no longer held with Apple, which caused me issues backing up my phone. After many, many hours on the phone to Apple who were unable to help & were pretty useless, I decided to visit Sef. Sef (who has the patience of a saint) spent time explaining what had gone wrong & how he could fix it. Who needs Apple when you have Sef?? I am now a very happy customer with a working phone thanks again for such amazing customer service!

By far the best mobile phone repair shop around, put a phone in today to get a charging port replaced and within an hour the phone was ready to be picked back up. I expected it to cost more than it did also so was pleased with the whole outcome. Would highly recommend if you need any phones/tablets repaired.
