The good thing about franchises it that the product and quality are always consistent.. Yesterday, the staff seemed distracted by forgetting my order part way though the process and then delivering the wrong size drink.....

The service in this place has improved over the past 3 months,. The coffee is better than most chain coffee shops, sign up for their rewards programme if you're a frequent consumer, as it takes a while to build up the benefits.
