Costa Coffee

Disappointing that they no longer give you a saucer with your latte and you also have to ask for napkins....and you get 1!!

staff are happy to help and amazing tasting cakes and pastries. Attracts the tourist more with it being close to a garage and a Premier Inn hotel.

Great coffee and food served here. Service was slow but served by a lovely smiley girl that was working as fast as she could.

We were passing through on our way back to our holiday home and stopped for an enjoyable coffee in this smaller Costa. Good service with a smile. Easy parking and easy to get to. There's a fuel station nearby and a new Premier Inn just across the way.

Decent coffee, pretty standard store plus drive-thru

Disgusting coffee. Had a flat white here that I threw away after a few sips. Tasted like a blend of old socks and ash tray. And don't even think of having a decaf!

Went for large cappuccino only to be told there were no cups left and did I want it in a paper cup. I was sitting in and if I wanted a paper cup I would have used the drive through. I ordered my drink with semi skimmed milk and asked was to the cappuccino with that kind of milk. I however clearly saw the one being made was with skimmed milk.
I challenged the barista who didn't seem to know the difference between the types of milk. After some searching he was unable to find a large cup and said he could only give me a medium with an apology and no refund for the difference in price. I am a regular visitor to both Costa and Starbucks which are normally great but I have to say this was not an enjoyable visit.

Came in today, was very quiet with only 4 customers in. 3+ staff on. Went in female's toilets, 2 of them blocked and the last 1 was very dirty (poo) from not being cleaned as it was stained. Mingin'
