terrible experience!!!!!!!!
I asked for a Flat White and I paid for two...I complained; I got the money back...but the barista gave me less money.
then we were looking for a seat, most of the tables were dirty. the Flat White was to hot, I could not drink it (I didn`t ask for a extra hot!!!!!)
after few minutes we saw the barista ( the same one that was in charge at the till) sit in with two costumer at one table. he didn`t care about his duty and he was not in break.

we will never come back here.

I have a newborn baby I've asked a couple of times for a cup of cold water to cool down my baby's bottle. I have had no problems getting a cup. It is such a great service.
