Costa Coffee

Cafe was a nice place to meet up for a chat. Service friendly but a little unfocused. Coffee and Chai were okay. The pastries - poor selection given we arrived at opening time and the pastries were yesterday's pastries so pretty ordinary.

The staff are friendly, store is nice enough but the coffee was cold and tasted very weak despite getting an additional shot of espresso.

The food offered in this café with a nice furniture comes up with high prices but average quality. The staff is friendly but a little bit inattentive. Unfortunately, the taste of my espresso was totally unacceptable and the cappuccino my father ordered also had a very poor quality. I would not recommend this place if you expect to recieve coffee with a decent flavor.

Good place to take a break from shopping.

Set on the first floor, just on the left of the main entrance Costa is the perfect place to sit down during a trip to Ocean Terminal. The staff are faster than average, all the regular Costa offerings are available including iced drinks, sandwiches, snacks and of course the gingerbread latte during festive months.

The last time I was here was with my gf and two of her friends. We sat at a table near the outside of the shop, its very open plan and this gives an open air feeling not available from the Starbucks upstairs. We still had what felt like relative privacy for a shopping centre. Its comfortable and easy to find which are the two main factors anybody who regularly goes to Costa is looking for.
