Costa Coffee

Service very good but the usual bland coffee from Costa. Unfortunately there was no alternative while killing time waiting for a train.

The staff could not understand simple English, I feel this is a very important issue when serving customers. Had to repeat several times what I wanted. I was not asked which baby chino I wanted, was not presented to the quality I have experienced in other costa outlets.

Pretty good coffee shop that serves small bites as well.

A nice Costa staff are really nice and pleasent fast service right in the city centre.

A Costa is a Costa everywhere you go, so the products are to the standard you would expect.
The building is lovely but a little cramped down stairs, the service excellent and it has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. There is also some seating outside which is great when the weather is good and no vehicle either as it's on a pedestrianised street.

Been coming here for years. Overall great staff and coffee.

I visited this branch of Costa Coffee at 2.30pm on 14 October 2016.

I ordered a Goat's Cheese & Chilli Panini which arrived burned and a medium cappuccino which arrived with chocolate topping despite twice being asked and twice declining this addition.

There was no wifi downstairs and I had to ask the staff to clear a table for me but they left others untouched. The manager also had difficulty clearing tables one handed as he spoke on his mobile phone and I later found him upstairs on two phone at once.

Ok for a quick caffeine hit and some choccy munch
