If you know Costa, you know what to expect. Good quality coffee, getting better since they introduced limited blends so you can try something new once in a while.

Good coffee shop. Italian style. Quite expensive

Typical Costa experience. Staff are very good and attentive. It can be really busy in here though and I would never describe the place as cosy as it's open to the rest of the shopping centre.

I visit the Overgate Costa once a week for lunch with my family. Although it is a bit open as it is in the centre of a shopping centre, this doesn't bother me as it is good for watching the world go by while enjoying a coffee.

The service is fantastic. The staff are always very friendly and the food and coffee are always good.

I accidentally spilt my coffee today as I was taking it away from the counter (totally my fault) and lost about a third of it. The manager saw this and offered to get me another one. This is one of the many examples of outstanding service from this branch of Costa.
