Costa Coffee

Have to say excellent customer service from Michael every time I come in to St Enoch's. Consistently good customer service. Always cheery and very courteous. Truly an asset to Costa Coffee😊

We are regulars to various Costa shops. The coffee here was well made and a great selection of homebakes. There was a bit of confusion with the ques and people waiting to collect their orders. Other than this, a very good Costa.

Everything you'd expect from a city centre coffee shop. Service was pleasant and friendly although the queue was slow to move.

This place is really nice and cozy, you can either chose to be on the lively ground floor level or go upstairs for your own quite space to work on a laptop.Friendly staff .

I've been here to get a coffee frostino and I asked to not put milk because I'm allergic to it, but she refused to do it several times instead of helping the costumer, I asked to speak with the manager but she replied saying that the manager is not here basically sat without nothing to drink watching other people drinking and eating. Is not the first time is the worst Costa in Glasgow . (I have been served by Amy)

It's the caffiene equivalent of McDs, really

great staff, good coffee, odd layout, which makes it less accessible than it could be, but if you're able to get up and down stairs it does sometimes make it easier to get a table

I love waiting 10 minutes for a coffee while staff openly argue over shifts... I go to coffee shops for the experience as well as the coffee. It's not hard to get it right
