Costa Coffee

No saucers and xmas music belting out on the 6th of November. Staff with christmas t shirt on. Get a grip. Place looks run down and shabby. Needs a refurbishment.

Staff were so busy chatting among themselves they didn't notice there was a queue. The trays they give you are filthy. The tables were being cleared but not wiped. First and last visit today.

Sitting half way through my coffee right now and about to leave as I can't bear the deafening music that your stores have recently started blaring!! If your aim is to drive customers away mid drink you have achieved it!!

Slow, slow, slow. No matter what time of day it's slow. Other than that it is a typical fast coffee chain. The only positive is like other large coffee or fast food chains, you know what you are getting - with coffee and food d being pretty close consistent.

If you really like good coffee and service, search out small independent places.

Had coffee and walnut cake and a flat white. Wife had latte and Tiffin. Both cakes were dry and the Tiffin tasted stale. Little or no clearing and cleaning of tables. Over priced. My flat white was very good and so was my wife's latte

Was in today and there dish washer had ran out of detergent for the size of chain you would think they ordered enough. Sitting in with a take away cup, get a grip costa as your braehead shop was the same the other day as well.
