In regards to all the fake reviews listed here I would just like to give a big thank you to participating members. I would also like to single out Victoria in Countrywide Shawlands as the worst nightmare i have had the pleasure of dealing with.

As a very satisfied Landlord I am delighted with Countrywide Scotland. I must single out Victoria in the Shawlands branch for her professional handling of a recent change of tenancy. I liked her local market knowledge and her readiness to pick up the phone to achieve the desired outcome. It's a pleasure to do business this way.

I would just like to thank Shannon McBride for all her help when letting out my property! It was my first time letting out a property and she explained everything to me, exactly what I needed to do and made the whole process easy and stress free! If I ever need to go through the process again I will be asking for Shannon the next time!

Great customer service , everyone was very helpful and always cheery.
Marianne was dealing with my letting and was excellent at explaining everything to me as I had no clue about how to go about letting a property out and she was always very polite. Glad I used Countrywide Shawlands and would recommend to anyone wanting to sell , buy or let property.

I have recently sold my mother's flat through Countrywide's Shawlands branch. Susan Laisen was my contact. Throughout the whole process that took six months, I received regular up dates from Susan, who dutifully followed through with every viewer.
They were very competitive with their charges, but you could add additional marketing should you wish to.
I would be happy to recommend Countrywide to anyone selling a property.

From my initial chat with Graeme from Countrywide, I was impressed. I'm not new to the house selling process however Graeme was informative and answered all my queries clearly. Moving forward, communication from him was efficient; there was no delay in the process of getting the property to the market swiftly and hassle free. We also received a good deal and discount on the marketing package.

Throughout the time our property was on the market, I was contacted by Countrywide Shawlands at regular intervals by Susan, Craig, Katie, Alan and others with updates; it was good to be kept in the loop with the state of the market and what my options were should the property not sell. They were always positive! Arranging viewings with potential buyers was also a very straightforward process.

Unfortunately, our buyer had some issues with their mortgage application which resulted in a delay in the sale, it's taken 3 months. Thankfully however the buyer persevered with things! Throughout this time anxious time, there was very little communication from the buyer’s solicitor so Countrywide rapidly became the 'man in the middle'.

I genuinely can't thank the staff for their patience and assistance, Craig in particular. He clearly enjoys and knows his job very well. He provided best advice throughout and most importantly contacted the buyer on numerous occasions to find out how things were progressing. He made every effort to keep me up to date, at one point calling me at 9 p.m, that’s dedication for you!

I'd thoroughly recommend Countrywide Shawlands to anyone looking to rent or sell a property; they’re a friendly, helpful and entirely professional outfit.
