Cowgate Motor Company

Failed to close the deal. I had advertised my car for sale and Cowgate contacted me to make an offer. it all started well with a reasonable price offered. Many emails exchanged and we agreed they would collect from my house (albeit 350 miles away). That's where it ended. My last 2 emails were not even answered. 4 weeks later I've now sold it to another dealer. Disappointed that they contacted me but didn't follow through. Waste of my time and effort.

After going round different car sales places. I ended up at Cowgate Motors and have to say the expression save the best till last is so true. This place is lovely and the staff were so helpful and understood my needs etc and listened to what I was saying and found me the perfect car. Could not thank them enough for making my car buying experience so easily and hassle free. Would definately recommend this place as the place to go for high quality reliable cars. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff again for Everything truely appreciated.

Potential customer, Office staff were extremely helpful and fantastic to talk to.
On the other hand, the garage/forecourt staff member I briefly dealt with was extremely rude, undermining and disrespectful.
