Excellent well run establishment. Good location for pitlochry theatre and enchanted forest. Each room individually decorated, fantastic breakfast and very friendly helpful owners. Could not be better. Have been regularly and recommend to anyone.

The rooms, buildings, gardens and courtyard are beautiful and immaculately kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. Walking distance from town too. The bed is comfortable, and the room is nice and spacious. Breakfast is very generous and eaten in a lovely extension to the main house. Only "bad" thing is the shower is very tiny. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely, tranquil location with a lovely atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and ours had a lovely window seat with views of the courtyard. The dining are is tremendous and breakfast has choices to suit all tastes. Highly recommended. We will be back.

A little gem overlooking the River Tay. Not too big, real fires, excellent accommodation and superb food and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Craigatin House and Courtyard and will most definitely be returning. Everything about this establishment was perfect, the room was furnished with taste and with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the breakfast was amazing and the owners very welcoming and hospitable. This is truly a little gem of a place and so worth a visit.
