Very clean relaxing and friendly hotel. Staff very helpful. Breakfast great. 10 min walk to town centre or £5/£6 in a taxi. Will return to this hotel.
At a funeral tea here this afternoon. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. I asked if they had anything gluten free... Without even a pause the chap went n got some gf oatcakes then returned shortly with a toasted cheese sandwich. A small gesture maybe but the immediate response and no hassle approach was very much appreciated.
Went for a family meal out in the evening, choice on menu excellent, quality of food also excellent. Staff superb.
Rooms light, clean and spacious. Breakfast good too. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Lounge area has a bit of a dusty smell.
Absolutely loved this hotel, great friendly staff, stunning rooms with balconies into the pool. And a stunning buffet breakfast.
My boyfriend and me stayed here for a wedding it felt like we knew the staff after a day. They were very relaxed. The beauty salon here is wonder and brilliant value. The owner is a lovely woman with so much time for every customer.
We always look forward to our visits to the Craigmonie. Neil and the staff look after us very well. We have stayed in various rooms and never been disappointed. I do now prefer the Annexe rooms even if I have to walk over to the Leisure complex. The highlight is the swimming pool. Just the right temperature and size. Traditional Highland breakfast is a must try, followed by coffee on one of the lovely sofas in the Lounge with the papers. Would recommend this hotel for comfort,staff attention and easy access to the town.
My wife and I attended a social function organised by our church at the Craigmonie Hotel. We found the hotel staff we met polite and helpful. We had a pleasant and enjoyable time there.
The room was comfortable and pleasant, with a very clean and we'll furnished bathroom. The breakfast buffet was alright if a little limited in certain key elements like hash browns. Overall a pleasant enough overnight stay.
Average hotel comfy bed well heated room and spotless only downfall small televisions in the room and decor slightly dated.
Lovely place, and friendly helpful staff. Food was good too, thumbs up
