Crawford International Safe Systems

Crawford International Safe Systems (CISS) was founded at the beginning of 2015 by Alan Crawford. Alan could see that Health and Safety was not just about keeping workers safe during their working day, although this is vitally important, he saw, so much more potential in managing safely. Over the intervening years he has studied leaders in Health and Safety, companies like Shell, who have embedded safety so deeply, that it becomes second nature. He has gone on to implement this type of safety culture in other organisations and is a regular guest speaker on how this can be achieved. Alan is quoted as saying, "So many small to medium size businesses see Health and Safety as a burden, our job is to turn that around. To make Health and Safety a vital component of their success".
