Wow brilliant. Used wowcher vouchers and the deal was great. Was worried as read a review on here saying not able to use two vouchers together but have them a call before coming and assured we could. Cafe really lovely and all staff really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Was here the other day with some friends and honestly it was the best waffles i have tasted came dead quick never seen anything as big as these waffles the cream and ice cream was so delicious staff was dead lovely nice and polite the customer service was amazing everything was so neat and tidy the place felt dead homey and i didnt want to leave al be back for more waffles no.1 place in the world to go���

Took my girls yesterday & we loved it the only complaint is that the portions where huge don’t see how people can mone about waiting everything is made fresh to order so be patient 😕I found the staff very pleasent and

helpful even getting a take away box as if was to much to finish thanks again cu soon

I’ve tried a few dessert places but creams tops the lot, a great taste and selection of desserts, also a big shout out to the staff, everytime i’ve been in they have provided top class customer service. Keep it up!

I’ve been in loads now. Each time I’ve gone in, I’ve been warmly welcomed at the door, sat at my table and the staff always do this with a smile. The food is outstanding as is the service. Can’t fault it in anyway

I don't know where some folks have tasted ice cream before, but perhaps not had the pleasure of authentic Italian ice cream & gelato Italian style desserts. I would highly recommend, and staff are extremely friendly. My wife & kids thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream, and paying £7 odd for a cookie dough and ice cream combo is well good value for money. The size of the servings are very generous. My two girls 5 & 6 struggled to finish their 2 scoops. Thanks guys, your establishment is awesome & a couple of moody reviews on here shouldn't stop you continuing to be great!

A must visit place to see so many varieties of desserts, ice creams. The place is so nicely done, warm interiors, friendly staff. The best part the pricing. We loved our visit to Creams Cafe Quay Glasgow.

Had crepe they were lovely would recomend and definatly will be back, although it's not cheap. The staff ate all really polite and helpful

Beautiful decor! And we'll presented desserts. But my nephew ordered a sundae which on the menu was white, blue and pink ice cream but the till only got the choice of pink or blue for the same price as it was advertised on the menu. He was really upset and confused as to why there was no blue ice cream! Should have in brackets or something that only one flavour was available so we could have explained before ordering.

Went here today told us it was 15 min wait that was fine sat down , 45 mins for my boyfriends cookie dough didn’t come as specified in the menu as no white chocolate shavings (they missed them out )15 mins later my mums crepe hadn’t came yet.

I then said to them we had to leave as been waiting an hour and I wasn’t happy and they gave us it to take away and gave us the refund only because I asked do it but to be honest regardless of the wait it tasted horrible and was all bashed up in the box before we got it home don’t know what happened as we had kept it flat returning home , it’s also and expensive place 2 deserts for £15.

The good side of it all was the Black vanilla ice cream is nice.

Drove over 30 mins with 4 excited kids to check out the all new Creams Cafe. Lovely decor and nice friendly staff. Found the menu quite expensive and the desserts poor value for money. Ice cream that came with the waffle and cookie dough tasted cheap and it was almost £3 to get a (very) small scoop of decent flavoured ice cream. Won’t be back in a hurry. Extremely disappointed �

We ordered takeaway, our taxi was waiting outside so we didn't have time to check the order before we left. It was 2 crepes, 1 with 2 scoops of ice cream. Got home to no ice cream. Crepes were very chewy. Not recommended

Visited here today to be greeted by friendly staff and a clean restaurant however, it is expensive £20 for 3 desserts. Crepe with Nutella and strawberries was given to us not cooked properly and strawberries missing. Cookie dough with Nutella and ice cream came with with chocolate sauce and very little Nutella after paying £1 extra for the Nutella and no ice cream were giving whipped cream instead. Won’t be retiring to creams.

Ordered a cookie dough, after paying the girl who served me asked if I would mind waiting 30 minutes for it, told her no and I would like something else instead. I ordered a milkshake thinking that it wouldn’t take long. After a 30 minute wait I asked her if it would be much longer, she said “it will still be a while” so I asked for my money back, she changed her mind and told me she would get straight on it. Waited another 15 minutes then decided I had wasted enough time. Got a full refund and left after wasting 45 minutes of my Saturday. Overall a very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Ordered 2 waffles, a crepe, puddings and seperate ice cream, and a bottle of water. The warm glass of water and ice cream cake first. Then pudding 10 minutes later. Another 10 minutes later one crepe and one waffle came COLD. When we asked for another fresh waffle and fresh crepe to be made, the staff member wandered off, returned after 5 minutes saying the waffle cooker had been turned off 15 minutes ago, and for another waffle and crepe to be made it would take another 20mins. Which we agreed to wait for. Considering the waffle maker had been turned off, the other waffle we had ordered arrived hot! After waiting 25 mins for the fresh waffle and crepe, we went to ask how long the wait would be - to be told that we had apparently opted for a refund (which the staff were pushing on us but we declined) and that they hadn’t even started making the fresh order. Absolutely awful service. 2nd visit and disappointed both times. Ridiculously crap experience. Won’t be back.

Just out of here doubt I’ll be back. We ordered a crepe and a Waffle, Mrs was half way through her waffle and my order still hadn’t arrived. Went up to see where it was and it was sitting waiting to be brought over. Took it back to the table the server said he would bring cutlery over, few minutes later he appears cleaning my fork on my would be napkin. So I never got given a napkin to wipe the cheap chocolate off my face. Ate half of it left other half. If you’re getting a crepe chose Nutella(school boy error)

Mrs enjoyed her waffle but said the banana ice cream was pretty tasteless. Pricey for poor service and average food although portions are large

I was deeply unimpressed with the service, the counter staff were more interested in their mobile phone than serving me my food. That aside I spoke to a female manager who was dismissive and came across very rude . As an indovidule who works in retail this service was by far unprofessional and very poorlying distributed by the manager.we should always follow our managers so if they show no empathy or finesse then how coleagues to follow suit.

Crepes were hard and quite sickening was zero filling inside but drenched on top when it was suppose to only be drizzle on top... first & last time visiting here �� I would avoid it and head to cookies & creamz sling at finniston instead tbh
